Refund policy

Your return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. After this period, unfortunately I will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and returned in its original packaging.

If the return is requested for personal reasons, the return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. The amount may vary depending on the carrier chosen.

However, if the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on my part, I will of course fully cover the return shipping costs.
